What is SoFocus?

SoFocus is a social focus timer and iPhone app blocker. You choose distracting apps, start a timed focus session, and use squad accountability to stay committed until the timer ends.

Does SoFocus reduce screen time?

SoFocus uses Apple's Screen Time controls to shield the apps you select during a focus session. It pairs that block with shared goals, squad presence, streaks, and optional unlock approval.

Can I use it as a study timer or Pomodoro-style focus timer?

Yes. Set a session for studying, work, reading, or deep focus and choose the apps that should stay blocked. Your completed minutes count toward personal and squad progress.

What is the Timekeepers RPG?

Timekeepers is an optional RPG mode inside SoFocus. Real focus minutes become XP and damage against Distraction monsters, while your squad works together toward a weekly Chronovore boss goal.

Do I have to use the RPG mode?

No. Keepers of Time can be switched off, returning SoFocus to its classic dashboard while keeping the same focus sessions, app blocking, schedules, and squad features.
